The information will be updated at regular intervals and you are welcome to revisit this page as often as you like.

You will need to enter the following information:

1. Your applicant number, which will be one of the following:
   • your Applicant ID number (9 digits, usually starting with one or more zeros)
   • your UCAS personal ID number (10 digits)
2. Your date of birth in the following format: DDMMYYYY. For example if your birth date is 12^th February 1980 you would write it as: 12021980.

  樱花影视 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

  In relation to your application to the University, the University provides you with access to an Application Status Tracker where you can review the status of your application and, if you firmly accept an offer of study with the University and your admissions status has been confirmed, view instructions on how to apply for accommodation.

  To show you your application details the University processes the data that you provide to us either via our online application form, or by other means, such as in application form(s) and equal opportunities form(s) which you complete, and any additional documentation which you provide to us. We may also process information relating to your application which is provided to us by third parties at your behest (for instance, referees).

  樱花影视 processes the following personal data about you for use on the Application Status Tracker:

  • Name, title, contact details and date of birth
  • Application data, including your UCAS Personal ID number, UTT personal ID number or your direct application number
  • Details of the programme / course you are applying for
  • The University's decision and your response to the programme / course you are applying for

  Data for applicants who do not become fully registered students at the 樱花影视 will be held for two years after the end of the current academic year when the application was made. Exceptions may be made where there is an overriding requirement in law to keep certain data, or for other reasons where retention of data is permitted under data protection legislation.

  Retention periods are based on our retention schedules, and you can request a copy of the relevant schedule. If you become a registered student, your data will be used to form the basis of your student record, at which point the Student Privacy Notice will apply.

  We process personal data about you for the following reasons:

  • To provide you with details on the status of your application
  • If you become eligible to make an accommodation application, to provide you with instructions on how to do this once you have firmly accepted an offer of study and your admissions status has been confirmed

  We rely on the following legal bases for processing the data: public task (core or key tasks of universities) and a contract with you the individual (including steps before entering into a contract).   We will share the data about you used in the Application Status Tracker with the following external bodies or organisations:

  • Where we use contractors to process personal data on our behalf under agreements which comply with Data Protection legislation
